University of Queensland Table Tennis Club (UQTTC) 

We are a fun, inclusive, and active sporting community united by a passion for table tennis.

Founded in 1984, we aim to promote table tennis and bring table tennis into the UQ community and also the wider Brisbane local community, and encouraging people of all ages and backgrounds to become more active through table tennis. Our club is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for players of all skill levels.

We are proudly affiliated with UQ Sport and Table Tennis Queensland, ensuring our members have access to structured training, competitions and connection to the state body. Each week, we run three social sessions, open to players of all ages and skill levels. These sessions are designed to be friendly and inclusive, run by our session managers that is perfect for enjoying table tennis, improving, and meeting fellow table tennis enthusiasts.

We organise various open and closed tournament for players annually. We also organise regular competitions (fixtures) for our members and social events for the UQ community. Every year, we select suitable players from our club to represent Team UQ and participate in UniSport Nationals. UniSport Nationals is an annual national tournament where university teams from across Australia compete head-to-head in a wide range of sports, all striving to be crowned UniSport Nationals Champions.
