Our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Sunday 28 June 2026 at 2:30pm at UQ Fitness Centre Sports Hall, during our usual social session.

All financial (Gold, Silver and Bronze) members are encouraged to participate in the meeting. Life and social members are also welcome to attend as observers.

At the AGM we will hold elections for the President, Vice-President and multiple Committee Member positions. Fill in the 2026 Committee Member Nomination Form to nominate yourself or another member.

UQ Table Tennis is run entirely by volunteers, and we are always looking for any extra help we can get from our members with administration, finance, marketing, sessions, events, sponsorship etc. Being part of a committee of a non-profit organisation gives valuable experience that could help with your own growth and career prospects. We encourage you to nominate yourselves for a committee position, especially if you are a current UQ student, or speak with us about volunteering in other capacities.
